Every brand we score, and how far the check has actually gone.

A brand earns a profile once we hold enough scored recipes to say anything useful about it, or because we refused to score it and the page documents why. The recall column is a separate job from scoring: it means we matched that brand and its manufacturer against the FDA Firm-Issued Recalls Data Set. Where it says the check has not run, that is not a clean record, it is an absent one, and the profile says the same thing.
